Could my clients unsubscribe at any time?
Yes. your clients can unsubscribe at any time sending the text STOP to the phone number associated with your account.
According to Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), if you are sending a commercial electronic message, you need to comply with three main requirements. You need to: (1) obtain consent, (2) provide identification information, and (3) provide an unsubscribe mechanism.
it is your responsibility to comply with points (1) and (2) since we have already fulfilled point (3).

Are there additional costs?
You only pay for the SMS/Voice message sent and received (if your customers reply to your SMS message)

How to set up the account?
As soon as you select and pay for your selected plan you are able to send messages. To be able to receive message allows us 2 hours to set up your account for this feature
What about Refunds?
There is not refund, when you pay for the plan you need to use it.
Can I change Plans or cancel at any time?
You can change your plan as soon as you consume all the messages for the current plan. If you want to cancel your account send us an email.
Do I need a phone number?
After you sign up, the first step is to buy a phone number from our system, this number will be assigned only for you to be able to send/receive messages
If I sent a voice message of 35 seconds, that counts as a minute?
For billing purposes, all voice messages are rounded to the next minute, we recommend you to optimize your message to take advantage of the time.
I can’t find a local phone number, Can I use one different from my country of residence?
Yes, you can, but keep in mind that the cost could be higher and if your customer reply your message, international message charges may apply to them
