Jemica ("we", "us", or "our") built the Pomodoro Timer IS app (the "App") as a free application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

The App does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or any other personal data. The App does not collect, transmit, or share any data with us or any third parties.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Timer settings: Focus and rest durations, custom messages, color preferences, background images, and notification sound selections.
• Session history: Records of completed focus and rest sessions (date, duration, and type) used to generate usage reports within the App.

This data is stored using your device's local storage (SharedPreferences and SQLite database). It is never transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party. The data remains entirely on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.

3. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

• Notifications: To display timer countdown notifications and alert you when a focus or rest session ends.
• Vibration: To provide haptic feedback when a timer session completes.
• Foreground Service: To keep the timer running accurately while the App is in the background.
• Read Storage / Media: Only if you choose to set a custom background image, the App accesses the selected image file. No other files are accessed.

These permissions are used solely to provide the App's core functionality and are not used to collect or transmit any data.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party services, analytics tools, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. There are no SDKs embedded that collect data.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe for users of all ages.

6. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted over the internet, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend using device-level security features such as a screen lock to protect your data.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, modify, or delete. You can clear all locally stored App data at any time through your device's Settings > Apps > Pomodoro Timer IS > Clear Data, or by uninstalling the App.
